PNW residing collective of rabbits in a trenchcoat pretending to be a person with a job and rent and the rest of that crap. Clearly the live action role playing has gone too far.

Fond of tea, beer, and the destruction of capitalism.
Recent still life work. Ive been focusing on planning shoots rather than winging it like I have for the past 20 years.

PSA: the only reason this didn’t rate as the worst alcoholic beverage I’ve ever consumed is that I went to school in Ohio where there are some extremely questionable local brands available for those who wish to experience the nadir of malt beverages.

It’s Saturday night, I just opened my third white claw (ship up, im diabetic and for 2g of carbs it gets me schnockered) and I’m trying to explain the first chapter of the math for machine learning book I read this afternoon.

So if you wondered what middle aged nerds do on Sat, there you go.

My wife who has been legally blind since birth would get push-back because she needed some basic accommodations like being able to sit in the front row so she could kinda see the chalkboard or additional time to read directions as she only has a small amount of usable vision.

Siberia, NYC 2004.

2444 frames into a long procrastinated project to scan all of my negatives and import them into lightroom.

Someday those fucking binders full of negatives will be out of my life.

Last rose before winter.

I've been struggling with finding time and energy to work on my photography between full time+ job, second shift caring for my wife (she has PPMS), trying to take care of my own health, and being present in my relationship.

Anti-cell phone graffiti. Bronx, NYC. August 2005

Two years before the first iPhone was released. I think at the time I had a Nokia Communicator. I still miss having a physical keyboard on a phone.

One of the things I’ve learned from teaching myself blackletter calligraphy is the value of brevity.

When each letter takes a great deal of time and concentration you loose all patience for florid writing.

Great, another social media platform that I may or may not use because I'm too lazy to figure out how to cross post between apps. Here's a bee in the meantime. The bee doesn't have to deal with this kinda nonsense.
