Also tent cities are bad! Unsafe, unhealthy, unsustainable. Don’t bulldoze them but definitely remove them for better alternatives whenever possible.

I think M4A is the best option, as it lets the private insurance industry to exist in some form, probably as advantage plans.
Medicare itself will have to address some payment rates, initially, though. If all hospitals were paid at Medicare rates they’d all be out of business.

I wonder if this has something to do with their complete and total belief that the government should have no role in your life, and to create any form of a health care plan would be to betray that (stupid) belief.
