Yeah, this could just be a terrible PR effort
At least Cooper Flagg gives them a semblance of hope. Kings are a mish-mash of old, non-caring, ill-fitting, &/or near untradeable guys. One of the worst rosters I've ever seen assembled. Even stripped down tanking rosters are mostly young guys that play hard & show improvements.
