Just an idea for those planning to donate canned goods at a local food pantry/program, can openers. While the larger ones are getting pricy you can still get the old military style P38(small) and P51(large) can openers in bulk for what you pay for 1 or 2 regular can openers.

Sure looks like war with Venezula is on the horizon now pretty clear. Moving a carrier strike group in to the Carribean and then evacuating Gitmo sends fairly strong signals.

If encourage you get a copy of Robert's Rules of Order, 12th edition is current. Its what they use for almost all political meetings and will be something you need to learn the basics.
There is also several versions of Robert's Rules for Dummies that are a great, but dry, read.

Oh, how i miss this little girl. She has been gone for a couple of years now, and social media sends me regular reminders that she isn't truly gone.
She got me through some very, very rough times. Mental health. Cancer. A good dog by your side can do so much.

This is Charlie. We got a message from Charlie's mom(our neighbor) today as she hadn't seen him in the last 5 days, he has just been out exploring. I see him daily as he stops in for fresh water and food we leave out for the neighborhood cats.

Cant say im very surprised they are going after 7-OH products. Their companies making all this stuff & marketing them like this was just stupid.
There are a lot of people products like this help but marketing it like its prescription drugs is just dumb.
