Homemade Marinara Sauce with Spaghetti, Roast Chicken breast, and Peas
1st time making Sunday sauce/gravy with Rigatoni. I used Beef Shank, 2 Chicken Leg Quarters, Half of Spare Rib, and Italian Sausages. Beef shank is ok, but I'd use some other kind of bone in beef next time. Maybe add the sausages during the last hour so they aren't as soggy. Excellent nonetheless🍝

Spaghetti al nero di seppia with Shrimp. Hilariously, the strongest flavor in this is the added shrimp. The tomato sauce with squid ink has a very light seafood flavor.

I did my first Mad Catz TE VS mod for the Brook UFB. Used Jasen's Custom EZ mod adapter board for the home button, etc. Happy to finally push myself to do a project like this, but I would never do this project again lol. Next time I'm using a DIY case lol
