They are such a devastating combination

Two logical routes to me:
1 - keep Tomlin because he is a great head coach, but don’t let him pick the next coordinators. Find a bridge QB and improve the roster
2 - fire Tomlin because he won’t tank, then fire sale and rebuild for a couple years and try to draft a top QB in 2026 or 2027

What are your thoughts regarding Tomlin? I have so much respect for him as a coach, but I know the Steelers organization and their fans won't accept these 10-7 seasons and being a 1-and-out playoff team much longer
