I’ve found that the CTV Weather app has the best free radar futurecast and storm information. Environment Canada can be quite focused on the airport at times, and often gives broad statements which are accurate and not precise. Weather Underground is useful too. Weatherlogics is another nice source.

For a major provider there should be a better way.
The standard for email is retry between each relay server is immediately followed by five minutes, one hour, two etc and give up after 72 hours. One server or connection out can cause this.
SMS is horrid and arbitrarily filters as spam.

Likely nothing. Which mail scanner? What is the reputation of your email’s host domain? Does your email have a lot of text like a description of the content? What file type is the attachment? Have you sent lots of non-flagged messages to that recipient before?
