Late to this post, but Positron has a JSON file for R that you can actually edit to get the indents right! Took a minute to figure out but I enjoy using it much more now!

Working with and managing RAs at different levels, I think the combination of COVID, AI, and variability in past courses/professors, some do need more guidance than others. But I often find the once you ask questions and have them consider the answers, they’re able to get there independently.
