I would never ask you to find it, but let’s hope that others will try so that hateful people will someday hate less. You should never be thought of as subhuman, and society should not have to dole out a bigot death penalty to make that to happen.

I would never argue that you should do something different. For myself, I’ll eagerly work with and stay close to those folks with in the hopes that they at least won’t become extremists. Maybe we’ll even find more common ground than either of us thought some day.

Americans are distancing ourselves from anyone that can be even remotely associated with the “other”. It seems people feel it’s an existential threat for those who disagree with them to have a platform, be recognized for achievements, etc. Polarization sucks.

The idea that we should segregate events according to beliefs seems far more dangerous than speculating about what percentage of the profits fall into evil pockets.
Kind and intelligent folks being in places where they’re a political minority is much more likely to create change than pure anger.

Yes, being able to hide behind helping less technical users with backups, while actually just selling a subpar product…the only word that comes to mind is gross. Apple is not much better with their prompts to set up iCloud but the idea of cloud backups as threat protection is fear as advertising.

I can see AI being extremely helpful for code compliance in the field. Depending on the discipline that documentation is incredibly difficult to decipher and there’s not a lot of pocket sized solutions to access those resources.
I’d be nervous if the inspectors are using it, and they probably are 🤪
