It's so rare when a new tool "just works" but anyone who is hesitating should try this one without reservation. Shigeaki was incredibly kind answering our questions but we needn't have worried and it worked on the first try. www.science.org/doi/10.1126/...

Alright, let's see how bluesky handles video. Here's 37 million TH+ somas imaged from 240 mice. There's so much structure in SNc! And yes, the left hemisphere had a synuclein insult and is partly degenerated.
