I don’t believe it, it’s performative for their voters. The optics of voting against the release is the worse scenario but they will be good little brown shirts when justice only releases files that are not damaging to the president and not all of the files esp when the drops implicate dems

i question wether he was either, he was just a rich buffoon wanting to hob nob. I’d argue he’s still neither Dem or Rep but instead he’s just all for himself, he just found the Reps easier to manipulate.
