Someone who is welcoming the moment you arrive. Friendly. Inquisitive. Offers water, coffee, tea, etc. Someone who takes the word of a neighbor or friend who isn't a plumber over the word of the plumber you called into your home. I know there are asshats out there, but not all of us are asshats.
