It's the most wonderful time of the year & I'm not talking about the holidays. Our Spring 26 DSW Cohort started orientation! Super excited to meet these amazing new students beginning their doctoral journey with us @universityofky.bsky.social CoSW. Let's lean into what is #WildlyPossible!

An AWESOME start to the week, Day 1 of UKY CoSW DSW Virtual Rez Week! I spent the day engaging with students across our cohorts through various sessions from Surviving & Thriving Your 1st Yr of Doc Studies to Social Innovation to Market Readiness, & more. It was an energizing and inspiring day!

Spent three fantastic days at The Teaching Professor Conference. It's awesome to learn about new innovative ideas being explored in higher education. Cherry on top was the opportunity to meet with UK CoSW #DSWStudents, #DSWAlum, and hanging out CoSW faculty.

I LOVE my job! Each week I host office hours for our new DSW Students at UKY CoSW. The spectrum of practitioners coming to get their DSW & the range of ideas they want to explore is inspiring. Watch out world! #DSWStudents #DSWEducation #WildlyPossible

SUPER EXCITED to welcome our new Summer '25 cohort of DSW Students! I spent some time chatting with these AMAZING social workers. What they currently do & what they dream to do as DSWs is inspiring. Excited to get to know them and collaborate as they lean into what is #WildlyPossible at UKY CoSW!

It was a great weekend celebrating our AMAZING DSW graduates! So proud of each of them and all they have accomplished. More so, I'm super excited to see the next chapter of work they will do for our communities.
