My customer service call was fine but there are a half dozen unrelated reasons I would not recommend this company to anyone and my "3" is probably going to count against the poor customer service person who works at a crappy company. Ask the question you actually mean to ask.

The policy also says they can give your health data to "other companies and organizations that help us with our business activities" and don't need authorization for that sharing.
