-1lb sage sausage (Jimmy Dean)
-2cups each Onion and celery
-1 loaf gluten free white bread cubed
-two tbs of fresh sage
-2 cups of good chicken stock
-1 stick unsalted butter
375 degrees covered with foil for 30 minutes
Uncover and broil for 10 mins
