A good and bad Saturday. County TWICE throwing away a lead against a bang-average Barrow side, to end up with just a point. Not a result that suggests things will change under the new manager.

In 2024, UK billionaire wealth increased by £35m a day, or £12.7bn over the whole year. In the budget, the Labour Government increased taxes on ordinary people by more than that. Why is everyone but multi-millionaires and billionaires being asked to pay more? We need to tax wealth, not work.

Is this the ugliest new building in #caerdydd #cardiff? That cladding looks cheap and nasty NOW, whilst they’re still building - it’s hard to imagine it’s going to age any better.

SpVgg Unterhaching vs DJK Vilzing. An easy 5-0 win for the home team, and by god it was nice to watch a game of football where the fans turned up expecting to win. Great atmosphere even in a stadium more than half-empty. And €10 to watch that was a bargain.
