I forgot to add how the lights work! AHHH
It's a texture animation that runs lines of multi-color gradients across the UV coordinates of the individual lights that have been shrunk down to singular pixel points so they turn off/on depending on where the texture animation is for those points!

「SFW」Then in substance painter i added a bit of basic material shading and some stenciled normal-map details and wear/tear to the battery box, The cord is a matte twisted fabric along a diagonal axis in that familiar dark-green tint!

「SFW」Basically we start with the Cervidore SDK in blender, A NURBS curve that roughly paths around the horns and then a repeating section of 3 lights is bending along the curve, It needed a bit of TLC after, Then added a simple battery box (Left) and a cap (right) to the string of lights.
