Not necessarily. I had my yearly well visit on Friday (yeah, Black Friday), and there was no cognitive exam.

This might have been because my semi-annual discussions with my primary don’t leave much doubt about my cognitive function? I.e., she knows I’m crazy…but not mentally confused!

Yes. But Americans held ourselves to a higher standard…then.

It’s not clear that we do, any longer. Donald Trump certainly does not…and we (collectively) elected him, twice.

There is nothing honorable, nothing related to a "warrior ethos," involved in murdering helpless survivors of a boat blown out of the water. Murdering the defenseless is never acceptable.

It's not Fifth Avenue, but Trump and his minions have now started simply murdering people they don't like.

The reality is - they bulldozed the East Wing, but they DO NOT HAVE a completed plan for the "ballroom." They're arguing about what size it should be. There are no architectural plans, nothing for a contractor to use to actually BUILD anything. Just a hole in the ground.

2/2 Trump should also be prosecuted (if he’s still alive); it would be appealed…but John Roberts needs to confront the outcome of his ridiculous immunity ruling. If a President can order the murder of random people with impunity, he can also order murder of a Supreme Court Justice with impunity.

Premeditated, deliberate murder. First-degree murder. No statute of limitations. Trump may be protected by the immunity ruling; Hegseth and those who carried out his orders will not be…and MUST be prosecuted when sanity returns to the White House.
November 29, 2025 at 1:32 AM
It’s not a war crime; there’s no war here. Just plain old first-degree mass murder. Prosecute them all.
November 28, 2025 at 8:48 PM
Ordering murder is clearly illegal. Hegseth, the mission commander, and those who carried out the order, should all be prosecuted for first-degree murder…and there’s no statute of limitations on that.

Damned Gestapo.

Most of us…Democrats, liberals…are just fine if the files take down Democrats who abuse minors. We have higher priorities than party loyalty - and justice for abused kids is way up there!

Seems to me it's moot. I have to think the Ukrainians would be out of their minds to accept this "peace plan." It's Czechoslovakia all over again.

When a player is non-tendered, the player *is* a free agent, immediately, automatically. The Phils could sign that player to a minor league deal without going thru waivers, to be sure... but so could any of the 29 other organizations.

"I can't satisfy my wife."

There are tens of millions of criminal illegals in the country, who have been taking care of that.

Darwin. Dead children do not reproduce.

Just another woman sacrificed on the altar of religious-patriarchal idiocy.

Oh my goodness. This case is well and truly over. As is Lindsey Halligan's career.

ETTD.

"Things happen."

Things need to happen - to Trump and his enablers.

Shifting programs to other depts, but not eliminating them? About what you'd expect from Trump and the corporate types in his Cabinet. This is "Corporate Re-organization 101." Re-organizing for the sake of re-organizing. it's what senior mgrs who don't understand the programs do to feel important.

University newspapers aren't owned by corporate moguls. College journalists don't fear for their livelihoods if they tell the truth.

Too many "real" journalists... aren't. Their paychecks are more important to them than the truth. They should go into accounting or HR or some such.
November 18, 2025 at 5:56 PM
I shouldn't say this... but I almost hope they do this - disrupt Christmas services by invading religious sanctuaries and dragging people out. If there is anything that the American Gestapo could do that would be *too much,* and would turn *every* American against them, that might be the thing.
November 18, 2025 at 5:54 PM
They need to go back under the rocks from which they slithered.
November 18, 2025 at 4:23 PM
I certainly hope this is a state charge. It wouldn't do for the SOB-in-Chief to pardon this piece of trash again.
November 18, 2025 at 4:22 PM
What a disgusting excuse for a human being. We will all be better off when this man is no longer resident in this world.
November 18, 2025 at 4:19 PM
Greene is a damned fool. She's now on the receiving end of things she was happy to support being inflicted on others. She voted for him; she helped him get elected. He was the same SOB then as he is now. She didn't care when somebody else was the target.
