I’d say EZ drummer is worth the money (is there any sale now?), even without any packs.

But, if you can get far with some ableton stock drums OR bandlab has some (royalty) free stuff that could work for you

or get a session drummer, won’t point any fingers, but there are options 🙃

I would not even dream of replacing Herb, but to reliably play all Primus repertoire and be able to keep up with rest of creative giants I would need to seriously grind.
Doable, but not in this timeframe

Raylib + C is amazing, but Godot gives me resize window for free.
I have not tried it yet „engineless”, but I have a hunch it’s way more work
