My dog, Dolce, is in the emergency vet and need surgery. I’m shocked. We took her in because she was throwing up and couldn’t keep anything down.

She has a a hernia. Her stomach is in her chest. This is going to cost thousands and it’s still a risky surgery. I’m so upset. 😭

One of my goals this year is to improve my circadian health. Part of that is watching the sunrise each morning. Honestly it’s not too difficult starting this in the winter - the sun doesn’t rise until after 7 here. And it’s beautiful every time 🥰

Look at this full moon photo my husband took this morning
It is just half hour after sunrise. The full moon still sits high in the hazy blue sky. Below are autumn stripped trees and a telephone pole wire. There are old, rustic buildings with fog behind them. The photo is taken in rural Delaware and you can tell.
