I can't emphasize how much easier this was with the jacket on the chair KLJDHSFKLJDHFSLKJH. My girlfriends yelled at me to take a break, so i just pinned the rest for tomorrow

i just took a seam ripper at the faux-vest and it came out relatively easy. the real hell is the sleeves. i finish one sleeve in three-ish hours because i didnt think of pinning the lining to the fabric until the SECOND sleeve, let alone use a chair as a mannequin. i never claimed to be smart

ok im done for the night so i'll post some pics of the story so far. This is the jacket my mom bought me in feb as a bday gift. The plan is to take out the vest/button part as well as make it sleeveless
