Put two groups of people in separate rooms, one of all the same background and race, the another of diverse backgrounds. Ask both groups to solve a complex problem. The group of diversity will always find a better solution. Though not perfect, America's diversity is what makes it great.

This is Nigel. He's a big fan of the Christmas season. He especially likes the tree and all the decor in our living room. He will spend most of his time there just taking it all in until January, when it is dismantled. Then, he will go back to his normal routines.

The political, ideological, and cultural divisions in this country are exacerbated by misunderstandings, exaggerations, lies, and misinformation. Pick one, and let's talk about it. That is what is needed. More dialog. We need to understand each other better.
