Gillig Phantom Bus 859 at King/Punchbowl (one of the busiest stops) finishing up it's Route 54 run before running the Waipio Gentry Express (Route 96). It ended up being one of its last trips before its retirement.

Skyline Segment 2 was recently announced to open on October 1, so here’s another look at Kahauiki Kalihi TC Station, this time from the inside of an ‘03 Gillig Phantom, running Route 52, departing Kalihi TC, it’s last stop until Mililani.

One of the 8/9 remaining Gillig Phantoms in TheBus. These 2003 Phantoms are the only remaining high-floor buses in the fleet as well. Behind it is the platform for Kahauiki Kalihi TC Skyline Station, set to open later this year.

Recently was able to catch TheBus' new XD40s. Only 3 of them are seeing service atm, but hey, nice to see them being rolled out. Hoping they'll create more features in the interior digital boards in the future!
