As I still can't comment on the OPs thread and I see OP now questioning why AI content should just randomly appear near an artwork of the artist in question, maybe you could show OP that their own works could be mistaken to be AI related too. Since when does the artist have control over DA ads?

The accuser's "evidence" is as solid as the screenshot below - according to google the accuser is selling AI adopts! (which is false as it's just another case of google displaying text from ads / other users / 3d party in the cached search results) ...
