Yeah! My first Monstera was from a box of mystery cuttings in water. It wasn't until some time later that I realized it was a siltepacana! It's gotten a lot bigger, and I'm on my third little monster now (and second adansonii). ☺️ That's awesome that you're so good with desert plants, too!
