It doesn't keep your head cool all night, which is why I have two of them. When my head gets hot (about 2 hours in), I swap the pillow. I suffer from migraines, so a cool head is very necessary.

Three. My head overheats, so I have two cooling pillows I switch over, and one between my knees to keep my hips aligned.

I got up, had a shower, put on clean pyjamas and am watching a movie in bed before the cricket starts. I don't want to put the heating on. 😄
