Muskoka scored a doctor from Quebec and a couple from the States. Someone's loss but our gain! I hope they love it here in cottage country. They can get 60K for opening a new practice here, funded by a tourism tax. www.muskokaregion.com/news/new-phy...

Covid's not the run of mill. Decreases ones CD8's. 20 months after covid and still 10% below baseline and most people are getting reinfected within 20 months. 73% below baseline at 20 months if you have heart disease. www.sciencedirect.com/.../pii/S120...

I'm shocked how easy it was for parents, doctors, public health, media to stop caring about our kids. Not true, why the hell aren't you yelling?

Ontario 5-17 y/o hospitalizations are at all time highs

0-4 y/o hospitalizations are within a standard deviation of all time highs, xmas should do it.

Any mask is better than nothing. It appears Sick Kids is still only recommending? This is horrible and the carnage could have been minimized. 📈

Children's Hospitalizations in Ontario today

The kids are not okay!

Bottom chart is current data that uses the last two years as historical data, top chart is before data change, and it shows the full pandemic timeline and pandemic historical data.

Ontario Pandemic Tracker is down again and it appears it's been a few days. The last time they did this was right before thanksgiving in Canada, right before 5-17y/o hospitalizations when above all pandemic highs. It was down for a week.

I thought we were doing better, nope missing data

What happened to investigative reporting? This is a awful article. Immunity debt, still going 5 years later. Multiple studies saying damaged/weakened immune systems and it's not even mentioned. We have 3 x more kids hospitalized than pre pandemic in Ontario. That's a story

Ontario 5-17 year old's that are sick enough to be hospitalized.

The bottom chart uses pre pandemic data & shows data over the first four years of the pandemic. In August ACES changed to only the last years data being visible & uses the last two years as the baseline.

The kids are not okay!!!
