if you find catharsis in venting openly, i dont think there's any harm in it. trying new things and taking new approaches to coping mechanisms might be a good way to ground yourself when you feel things spiraling. whatever you decide to do, i'm rooting for you from my corner of the internet 🫂

i hope its okay to say this as an internet stranger, but i don't think anyone ever really knows what they're doing, even when they seem accomplished. struggling is a human experience. its hard not to worry, but i find that focusing on what i have control over in the present moment can be helpful.
