Thanks, Rebekah! Popularity is based on how often cards appear in the Top 1000 trending decks. So as different decks rise and fall in popularity, the cards within them will rise and fall in popularity as well. I’ll watch how the list shifts around to see if the Top 1000 decks is too broad/narrow.
