Some of it may be true. Sure. Raffy could’ve done better.
But I’m not going to give deference to an org. that DOGE’d its staff over the last year and has treated staff and players like cogs in a machine. You can if you wish.

Devers was never problematic before this year. I think his honesty is actually good. He voiced displeasure with how the org. has been ran. Traded Mookie. Brought Xander’s replacement in to leverage Xander. And then Bregman ultimately replaced Devers with no discussions with Raffy? The disrespect.
