idk, I'd settle for somewhat costly slots (probably more like a max of 500k gold for all of them), if switching was free.

The two that come to mind is Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy VI (or as I knew it '3') both from the SNES (the re-re-re-Translated Chrono Trigger games aren't as good imho, nothing beats Frog's "twas" and "thou" and "thine", bible-like text)
