I often claim that as the greatest bit of sketch comedy ever, knowing that I'm opening myself up to some (other) smartass to say "No it isn't"

No, it wasn't.

Definitely a lot there I haven't seen before. I'm a fan, so I'll check it out the next time I'm in YVR

Is the Beachhouse different from the brewery/taproom in Delta?

My repeat in the theater movies tend to be where I think another family member would really like it and I take them for round two. Sinners was the last one.

So, what was the last one?

Are you including beers left behind by your guests?

Replacing overplayed boomer rock with inescapable music from other generations isn't moving the needle. Unless it's too loud, it's not annoying me. Whatever is fine. That being said, obscurities add to the experience for me. Deep vinyl cuts. An "Is that Wall of Voodoo?" moment impresses. Gen-Xer.

Picked this off my bookshelf today, and just made the connection. 🙂

I guess I'm feeling less optimistic and finding my myself drawn to cold war vibes from the mid 80s. Listened to Grace Under Pressure by Rush for the first time in a long time, for example. Despite a tall nightstand stack, I'm tempted to pull 1984 off the shelf. Orwell, not Van Halen, tbc.

I care little about badges. It's about tracking what I have had or where I've been and seeing what my friends are drinking. Once a friend and I figured out we happened to had traveled to the same city from our check-ins. Naturally, we met up for a beer.

Thank you for this thread. I will be making my first trip to Norway in a couple of months and very much intend to explore the beer culture. Can you offer any recommendations?

Hopped ciders are very much a (good) thing out here in Oregon. Fresh hop ciders are even better.

Using a dollar bill is cheaper than buying a bookmark. I've done that before.

I usually use the annoying subscription cards that fall out of magazines which I already subscribe to.

Is that a 250 ml can? I like the concept. I know I've got lots of big beers aging in the fridge that I can only crack open with company to share.
