A couple of things I learned.
The Eon Ticket is tied to your 3DS save not the game Cartridge. So I was able to distribution it by street passing myself by using my old 3DS with my current 3DS.
Same goes to my old save file for Omega Ruby. Meaning my old super base is still alive.
