What a two album run these guys went on. Sadly, the whole thing has fallen apart because of interpersonal issues but we still have this gem. Wish I’d seen them live during this era.

They should reconstruct one of their lines. We - at best - will become the Carolina Hurricanes until this gets addressed. Good defensive teams and tough teams will just own them

Ultimately I have confidence in Hughes and Gorton so it doesn’t worry me much. But they do have to get this straightened out and face this moment. And no excuses re injuries.

I think Bruins would be better off rebuilding a bit more. Impressive franchise but need to retool longer than one bad year in my opinion. Won’t be good enough to compete against Montreal, Detroit, Anaheim, SJ, probably Ottawa, etc once the others improve overall roster construction

As for this game: Habs on rise but not yet good. Bruins surprising but on way down. Not a big game in grand scheme of things. Two teams headed in different directions with neither being a contender.
