Wait, really? A couple weeks ago that was closed for vegetation clearing. Of course there was no warning and my friend and I were trying to figure out how the hell to get to Fletcher‘s. We did finally find the notice on DC public works. Are you sure it wasn’t still that?

And make no mistake folks – this is slated as a teardown. The listing price is under $1 million for a gigantic house. They’re not even trying to have it be a renovation. We’ll get one of those giant horrible ugly-modern SFHs on that site.
