Please call your legislators and ask them to support the Extend the TikTok Deadline Act. So many depend on TT for their livelihood. It connects people across the globe in way that no other app does. Honestly, it’s pretty amazing and would be a big to many of us.

Having tested vitamin D levels for over 20 years (in a sunny region) I can testify that the only folks with robust levels are those that take it as a supplement. I recommend 2,000-5,000 IU/day of D3 combined with vitamin K2.
