I thought you would have useful input, @brunellus.com ! Thank you: to hear of the fate of Memrise is interesting if disappointing if predictable. Most usable version of Collins's vocab (without sign-in) now seems to be on Quizlet. But there is an impressive range of courses on mylittlewordland .

So, p. 47 talks of the importance of international students but p. 63 puts off detail until a new strategy launched. Some nods to the importance of regional provision but no use of the golden bullet (re-introducing the cap).

This may prove to be more about allowing present specialisation to continue. But also leaves open the door to Humanities being cut at some institutions.
