This resonated strongly with many. Learning on the job from junior level is disappearing in front of our eyes -- how can we upskill the juniors to grab on to the higher rungs of the burning ladder?

There is definitely a big business opportunity there. Can you take it? 💰

Some of them are already running side-hustles and even proper companies. But many are now faced with the big uncertainty of finding a *job* at the end of their degree.

I was there to tell them that soon there won't be any jobs. 

Juniors are cooked. It's entrepreneurship or bust

Last Thursday I gave my first invited talk at a university in many years: Politehnica Bucuresti is the STEM factory of Romania -- many of the students end up at a FAAMG / Magnificent Seven corp.

I had a room full of talented and driven students.
