Kamala is not hiding. The press is ignoring her. They understand that any honest coverage of Kamala will result in less access to the incoming administration.

I learned to cook in the Peace Corps. Gained 30 pounds fiddling with West African cuisine. I can probably feed myself for a week on what someone might spend on one takeout meal.

We are actually doing this too. Media literacy is required in some states. Hopefully more will follow.

Yup. I wrote my dissertation on tobacco prevention. The Heritage Foundation used the same professional deniers who claimed tobacco was safe to deny climate change. I used the propaganda they sent to my school where I taught to teach pseudoscience. The kids understood. Adults don’t seem to get it.

I worked the polls in Pennsylvania. By noon it was obvious something was really odd about turnout. The number of young men coming in to vote and heading towards the Republican table was off. By midafternoon, we knew. I kept hoping I was wrong.
