It’s a rough day for a wild swim at Curracloe but we still got in and had great fun! Much needed time with family and nature at a time when I am reflecting on my future and what path to take in my career. Maybe it’s restlessness or maybe I just need to move on. Either way I’ll figure my path 🤔😌

My Mam would’ve been 79 today, she’s gone nearly 8 years yet I still feel her presence in her kitchen so I always leave roses for her here so she knows we celebrate her all the time. Happy Birthday Mam 😘🎉🎂

Perfect day for a swim at Curracloe after a hectic first week back teaching! Self care is so important as we need to look after ourselves so we can look after our students as they start their new journeys with us!

While I didn’t post any photos for #InternationalCatDay we had good news at the vets today!!! He isn’t dying on us just yet and we’re keeping him well so hopefully we’ll have him for longer! He’s already beaten the odds according to our vet and he’s happy and doing well so long may it last! 🥰

My beloved Sky is dying of cancer. My life is now mostly lying on the floor giving him kisses and cuddles while I still can. He isn’t in pain thankfully, he’s just fading away on us. We’ll help him cross the rainbow bridge. Look after your fur babies peeps, never know how long we’ll have them 😢

Well now we know why he’s losing weight while seemingly healthy every other way. Our baba has cancer and he’s too old for chemotherapy 😢 so now it’s palliative care by the two daddies to keep him comfortable for now. We’ll look at helping pass over the rainbow bridge in a few weeks 🌈😭 #rainbowbridge

7 years ago today I was with one of my chosen family Jason, when he was given a terminal diagnosis for a brain tumor. It’s a date that’s seared into my brain. He passed six months later but he is always with me and his chosen family. Grief never leaves, it just ebbs and flows 😘
