Agree the section on “streamlining medical education” was particularly good. I have a started a med ed role and was astounded to hear that today’s medical students don’t use textbooks in the way we did. They use apps and websites.

I think they are invited reports rather than unsolicited. E.g I remember a case of a straightforward posterior STEMI a few years ago that wouldn’t have got into any other case report journal.
