I made the Times' Cranberry Curd Tart this morning, but on a friend's advice I used Clare Saffitz's sweet tart crust instead of the Times' hazelnut one.

I've never made a pastry crust before. I've never made curd before.

I think it came out OK but this was TERRIFYING.
