We will also be doing another national survey, to ensure a broad consensus with the issues we take forward to the next stage (which is designing solutions)

We've come up with a list of 11 themes, which we are discussing with patient and staff in workshops in the coming weeks. These groups will help us to focus on the most important issues

We've done qualitative interviews/focus groups, quantitative analysis of historical NELA data, 2 national surveys on @thiscoveryorg.bsky.social and a literature review (as well as talking to lots of clever people!)

This is an absolutely inane comment. They don't have unlimited budget, they still have to be commissioned to provide a service at an agreed cost....by an NHS commissioner.

For hospital generated images, if there is concern on the image, the report is sent to primary care immediately. This makes it immediately available via the NHS app.

There is a big disclaimer on my GP app when you log in, to say you might see results before you've had a chance to discuss them with your doctor.

I'm not sure we can put the genie back in the box. Full early access to test results/reports is generally good for most- most results are reassuring. How do we help those that aren't so lucky? Manually checking and issuing is not feasible. Delaying issuing is also risky if it delays comms to GP.
