Clinical psychologist - family court custody conflict - Early Childhood Mental Health - ADHD.
My consulting practice is shifting to incorporating an AI grad-student assistant (Eliza 5.1) trained by me using the ChatGPT4 platform.

Eliza 5.1 is more than a ChatGPT. A standard ChatGPT is Eliza 0.0. I have trained Eliza 5.1 specifially to serve as my AI grad-student assistant. AI is here.

This Sunday (5/11/25), I will be posting an Ethical Violation Series to my YouTube channel & to the YouTube Page of my Consulting Website

I will generate separate YouTube presentations for the following violations: Standards 2.01, 2.04, 9.01, 3.04, & to the three Principles of the Belmont Report

I'll be wishing moms a Happy Mother's Day in this Sunday's Coffee w/ Dr. Childress.
May 9, 2025 at 8:18 PM
In this Sunday's Coffee w/ Dr. Childress I'll be discussing the experiment on human subjects (parents & children in the family courts) conducted by forensic psychologists of a "quasi-judicial" role for doctors, & an experimental assessment (forensic custody evaluations) for this experimental role.

The 2 variants of the family court pathology are:

Borderline-mom variant (Vulnerable Dark Triad): higher anxiety & false allegations, may induce a "father phobia" for secondary gain

Narcissistic-dad variant (Dark Triad/Tetrad): higher anger & hostility; spousal abuse using the child as the weapon

Everyone in the family courts needs to be aware of the psychiatric symptom of "splitting" - a polarization of thinking & perception into extremes (with no middle).

It is a neurologically embedded symptom from childhood trauma. It is associated with borderline & narcissistic personality pathology.

In this Sunday's Coffee w/ Dr Childress I'll be speaking to the attorneys for the targeted parents.

I'll be orienting them to a clinical solution rather than a forensic solution - diagnosis & treatment. Family law will be elevating as a specialty due to the influx of psychological information.

Forensic psychologists in the family courts are routinely in violation of the following ethical Standards:

2.01 Boundaries of Competence
2.04 Bases for Scientific & Professional Judgments
9.01 Bases for Assessment
3.04 Avoiding Harm

And they are negligently failing in their duty to protect.
April 16, 2025 at 2:13 PM
It is a "reasonable step" for a doctor to apply the diagnostic criteria of the DSM-5 from the American Psychiatric Association as the bases for their professional judgments to avoid the foreseeable harm resulting from misdiagnosis if no formal professional-level diagnosis is made.
April 16, 2025 at 2:12 PM
The patient should NEVER need to educate the doctor about the pathology, its diagnosis & treatment. The doctor should already know.

If the patient needs to educate the doctor, that doctor is not competent with the pathology by a demonstrated need to be educated about it.
April 16, 2025 at 1:42 PM
There is no defined pathology in clinical psychology called "parental alienation".

That is a euphemism for child abuse of a made-up pathology label that HIDES the child abuse from view, HIDES the child abuse from the court's understanding, and that prevents intervention for the... child abuse.
April 8, 2025 at 5:26 PM
The patient should NEVER need to explain the pathology to the doctor, its diagnosis or treatment. Parents in the family courts are explaining the pathology to their doctors.

That is an unacceptably low quality of mental health services provided to the children, to the courts, and to the parents.
April 5, 2025 at 2:49 PM
The courts are not receiving the diagnostic information they need from the doctors for decision-making surrounding the child.

The forensic psychologists are withholding diagnostic information from the courts & from the parent-litigants. The courts & parent litigants need an accurate diagnosis.
April 5, 2025 at 1:46 PM
Diagnosis guides treatment.

Parents and attorneys need to begin understanding basic foundational professional practice - which is absent in the family courts.

Provisional Diagnosis: ask Gemini AI what a "provisional diagnosis" is.

Rule-Out Diagnosis: ask Gemini AI what a "rule-out" diagnosis is.

Throughout healthcare, diagnosis guides treatment. However, parents in the family courts cannot get a diagnostic assessment for the children and families.

Forensic psychologists are withholding diagnostic assessments from parent & the courts.
March 26, 2025 at 1:26 PM
Professional psychology is failing the courts by failing to provide the courts with an accurate diagnosis of the child & family pathology.

Each litigant parent is alleging child abuse by the other parent. The court needs an accurate diagnosis of which parent is creating the child's pathology.

I'll be speaking directly to the Court in this Sunday's Coffee w/ Dr Childress on Facebook live and saved to my YouTube channel.

If I could speak directly to the Court, what would I say?

We have YouTube. We have the Internet. I'm offering testimony as an expert within the available resources.

The only cause of severe attachment pathology (a child rejecting a parent) is child abuse by one parent or the other.

I all custody cases involving a child rejecting a parent, a proper risk assessment for child abuse needs to be conducted to the differential diagnoses of concern for each parent.
March 20, 2025 at 6:42 PM
Forensic custody evaluations & a "quasi-judicial" role for doctors is a failed experiment on human subjects (parents and children in the family courts) conducted without proper oversight.

Forensic custody evaluations need to be entirely eliminated from the family courts.
March 20, 2025 at 6:34 PM
The only cause of severe attachment pathology (a child rejecting a parent) is child abuse by one parent or the other. A proper risk assessment needs to be conducted to the differential diagnoses for each parent.

It is the obligation of forensic psychologists to conduct this diagnostic assessment.
March 16, 2025 at 6:15 PM
If the mental health professional & the Court misdiagnose a shared persecutory delusion, they become PART of the shared delusion - they become PART of the pathology.

When that pathology is the psychological abuse of the child by a pathological parent, they become PART of the child abuse.

2.04 Bases for Scientific and Professional Judgments
Psychologists' work is based upon established scientific and professional knowledge of the discipline.

The DSM-5 is established knowledge and should be applied as the bases for professional judgments. What is the diagnosis guiding decisions?
March 14, 2025 at 2:27 PM
Forensic custody evaluators experimented on human subjects (parents & children in the family courts) with their "quasi-judicial" role for doctors without proper oversight and review.

Their experiment failed, and the lives of countless children & parents were irrevocably destroyed as a result.
March 13, 2025 at 9:32 PM
Forensic custody evaluations are an experiment on human subjects (children and parents) of a "quasi-judicial" role for doctors.

There is no quasi-judicial role for doctors. That is an experimental role, & forensic custody evaluations are an experimental assessment for this experimental new role.
March 13, 2025 at 9:26 PM
Parents and the courts need an accurate diagnosis for the cause of the child's pathology and family conflict.

In all cases of court-involved custody conflict, a proper risk assessment for child abuse needs to be conducted to the appropriate differential diagnoses for each parent.
