Cadillac Fairview thinks Liu's plans are too ambitious, and they would be more "comfortable" with "someone" with more retail experience taking over the former Bay stores in their malls. "More experience" like the mostly white men who ran a 300-year co into the ground? Ok.

I hope everything politician who was once in office thinking of coming back just learned that Cuomo lost his bid to be NYC Mayor. Please just retire and let Gex and early Millennials lead for a minute.

Folks searching so hard for a Chow negative. If the worse things she's done is not apologize "properly" for 1 pool closure or for home owner confusion over vacant tax, still winning over previous mayor who stopped fixing shit, let subways become hostels, and workplace gate. Why do we forget so soon?

Loving all the men really keen to be mayor but been in council for years and their actual wards are riddled with problems. Classic case of seeking power, not solutions. Mayor Chow hasn't fixed everything or gotten it all right, but we know she's not sitting in photo ops at 7am. shuffling paper.

I find it so fascinating that to show the Americans strength we double down on being a colony of Britain. Truly a Canadian thing to do, if Americans still think we're basically the same. Lol. We're not.

If you ever known anyone who had to recover from a major injury or setback. Just know, not the folks to mess with hahaha we have superpower resilience, self motivation, and perseverance. Whatever it was that happened, happened to us for a reason. Big mistake. Huge.

I gave an interview to Open Book on the writing process and some of the challenges I overcame to write my latest book. You don't just wake up and start writing about blackface lol especially as a Black person. This was hard work, but worth it. It's history unplugged.

I know exactly what went wrong with the Leafs.

1. Fear of winning.
2. Fear of losing.
3. Fear of winning, but feel like they should have lost.

Very common attributes of self-sabbatoge.

I literally think the president of the United States is not well. I cannot follow anything he is saying in this press conference with Carney. Everyone is not spending money right or hiring the right people but him? Lol. I can't. And Carney sitting there like "let me say as little as possible." Wise

A headline like "Canada becoming a two-party" country still better than a Conservative majority lol just saying. 5 months ago, that was the only outcome.
April 29, 2025 at 3:55 AM
I actually like Minority govt means no party can fundamentally screw it up they have to work together and I know Conservatives hate collaboration but the alternative is 51st state.
April 29, 2025 at 3:26 AM
Can someone tell me what Conservative Party was "good" for Canada? I'm almost 50, haven't seen one. For those "tired" of Liberals, show me when a Conservative govt grew thr country.....
