Balancing Act: Maintaining a Positive Organizational Culture in Uncertain Times
Unprecedented. As an organizational and leadership consultant, I have heard this word used a lot lately. Our nation is experiencing tensions that are stretching the capacity of leaders who, while experienced and adaptive, are playing in a leadership arena they’ve never been in before. One client noted that they’d never had so many rolling strategies as funding, policy threats, and uncertainty, have them in a constant state of reassessment.

@joyannreid.bsky.social just burst into tears at the end of your segment, not without hope but because we keep losing opportunities to listen and learn from the best. YOU. Waiting on what’s next

@msnbc.com you had a chance to be brave and hold a voice for democracy. It’s clear you’re choosing capitulation and I hope you drop lower than Target. We ❤️@joyannreid.bsky.social ❤️

Mourning the loss of Officer Jeremy Labonte who was shot in the line of duty. He was my cousins husband and only 24 years old. Brutal.

“You don’t have to be a person of faith to trust that innate human capacity to channel love, goodness, and real strength into our own lives and into the world.” A conversation with Reverend Mariann Budde.
Why Bishop Mariann Budde Wanted to Speak to Donald Trump
“If you know what people are thinking about when they’re coming into church on Sunday morning, it’s very important to acknowledge that,” Budde says.

We have to seriously invest in black and brown businesses including manufacturing and competitively sized and priced stores. Being dependent consumers gives us no control over deciding who deserves our money. #faircompetition

In less than a week the U.S. hard working federal employees have been fired for simply caring about all Americans and not just white men. So much winning #TrumpMusk

In less than a week the U.S. has opened the door to expanding workplace racism, sexism and xenophobia with no off ramps. So much winning! Trump/Musk.

In less than a week the U.S. has fruit and vegetables about to rot in fields. Yep, so much winning.

In less than a week the U.S. has alienated our global friends and are playing footsie with our enemies, even embracing the Nazi salute for good measure. So much winning #Trump/Musk

@cnn.com I’m glad your struggling. Your shift to the right makes you no better than FOX News. Now go serve your oligarch.

This administration is actively trying to create a slave class taking away every option for economic growth, and education and creating desperate brown people willing to work for food. It’s dystopian. Strap in.
