I had the privilege to work in Lesotho on HIV treatment education in the early 2000s. This country “that no one ever heard of” has hi rates of HIV & worked valiantly to get AIDS drugs to their people. Trump’s mockery, w/ Vance & Johnson grinning like baboons in the background: what small, sad men.
