The 🪇musical instruments 🪈were out yesterday for Steph's Wellbeing workshop as part of Steph's 'Thinking Skills' programme. Everyone was shaking - their 🪇instruments. A feel good group with a positive vibe!! 😀

The Thursday 🎨Craft Group🎨 were adding the finishing touches to their frames. These will frame their printed design the group had previously created. A few have already framed their masterpiece. Terrific work, everyone! They look outstanding!❤️

Last Friday's Upcycling Group were busy sanding items in preparation for further work. Others were painting frames. Cannie wait to see the finished articles.

What's more relaxing than Tai Chi on a Monday afternoon? Tai Chi out in the sunshine. Pat guides the group through each movement and ensures that everyone benefits from the movements. Well done to everyone!! SUPERB!! 😀

Yesterday, Elaine was practicing her walking under the supervision of Claire and Ruth. Helping Elaine with her rehab and aiding with her mobility, is vital for Elaine. Every week, Elaine goes that bit further, helping to improve her stamina and muscle tone. Great stuff, Elaine!!!😀

Yesterday was the final workshop of the Tuesday Heritage Group, and what a way to spend it but outside in the glorious weather. Lil was recapping on the work the group had completed and filling in some feedback forms. A smashing ending to a fantastic group. Well done to everyone involved. ❤️

Yesterday, the Heritage Group were looked at the trade directory adverts for the Paisley House of Refuge commercial laundry. With a bit of research, the group discovered that the laundry had moved premises to Lady Lane in Paisley with a Miss Annie Blue, the Matron. Nice work everyone!! 👏👏
