University of Manitoba researchers are seeking informal tax helpers (people who file taxes on behalf of family and friends) to participate in a 30-minute interview. For more details see infographic or website: celinelatulipe.net/cra-older-ad...
This is a research poster with a logo for the University of Manitoba and the HCILab at the top. The title of the poster says: "Do you do taxes for friends and family members? We'd like to talk to you!" There is a QR code that when scanned links to the following URL: https://celinelatulipe.net/cra-older-adults-interview-study/ Under that is text that says: "We are looking for people to participate in an interview study about how informal tax helpers (people who do taxes for friends and family) use technology and online CRA services. Looking for adults (18+) who: Have done taxes for at least 2 different family members or friends in the last 5 years. We are ideally interested in talking to people who have done taxes for older adult (age 65+) friends and family members, but this is not a strict requirement. Participation involves: a single interview that lasts 30 minutes, in person, over the phone, or online via Zoom. Compensation: Receive $15 (CAD) as a thank-you for your time via e-transfer or Tim Hortons gift card.
