Moving through grief isn’t about getting back to who you were before the loss. That version of you is forever changed. It’s about learning who you are now after this loss & finding peace in that.

Gotta say- I am really over threshold with all the news lately. Between being a therapist and supporting my patients through this to having to then be inundated by it on every social media platform it feels like I can’t escape the hatred and pain Trump & his fools are causing.
